Te Awe Awe Street

Albert Street

HOKOWHITU VILLAGE

If you're not familiar with the Hokowhitu Village, you might want to allow a few minutes extra to find a park and track down our salon. We're right in the heart of the village facing the park in the middle -- which means you won't be able to see us from the road.

At the roundabout, where Te Awe Awe Street and Albert Street meet, keep heading towards the river. There should be a string of small boutique shops, including the popular Village Wine Trader, Bees Knees cafe and Four Square dairy. Immediately to the left of the dairy is a carpark. From here you can get to our salon by foot nestled between the Fat Farmer restaurant and Courtyard Cafe.

Where to park

There are ample parking options in and around the Hokowhitu Village. There's free parking you can access from both Te Awe Awe Street (next to the florist and bakery) and Albert Street (immediately left to the Four Square). Or you can park on Albert Street - timing limits apply.

Bathrooms

We have bathroom facilities you can use otherwise there are public bathrooms available in the carpark which you can access from Te Awe Awe Street and Albert Street. Just ask one of our team members - we will point you in the right direction.

Wheelchair access

Veronica Jayne is a wheelchair access friendly salon, so too are the facilities, including bathrooms, in the Hokowhitu Village. If you'd like to find out more, you're welcome to call on of our friendly team members ahead of your appointment to discover what we can make available to you.
